Telezor Inc., a Cyprus corporation, provides services to you ("You" or "Your") subject to these Terms and Conditions of Service ("Terms") and subject to other Telezor policies, including a Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference.
By accessing and using our site, you accept these Terms even if You do not create an Account with the Telezor site. You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years of age and of legal competence to enter into this agreement.

MISUSE OF SERVICES: Telezor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately and without notice suspend your access to the Site if Telezor suspects that: (a) you are abusing or misusing the Site or Services, (b) you have violated this agreement or any applicable law, or (c) an actual or threatened breach of security jeopardizes the safety, confidentiality and/or integrity of the Site or Services. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY: You agree to pay Telezor for Services as set forth in the fee disclosures on the Telezor website. These fees may be changed, from time to time and Telezor shall post all such changes on its website. Customer shall pay for access to the Site and Services in advance. Telezor reserves the right to terminate this agreement upon email notice sent by Telezor. All prices are in US Dollars and do not include internet service provider, telephone, or any other connection charges.
SERVICE FEES: Telezor services are available as a one-time per consultation fee billed in increments and explicitly stated on an ordering page. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 30 (thirty) days from the original date of service to discuss your concerns. If we cannot resolve your concerns, we may provide you with alternative consultation, at no additional cost to you. Telezor does not refund purchases.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: No person shall receive any right, license or permission to use, manipulate and reproduce any of the Telezor trademarks, copyrights content, or other intellectual property rights without the prior written permission of Telezor.

Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party.
